Reading: Act ch 20 vv 32 to 35.

Text: v 35. “ It is more blessed to give than to receive.”

Introduction.

Love for God is only a vaporous sentiment, a misty emotion unless it reveals itself in love for all humanity.

1:  Practical Consecration.

Must be an actual living for God, keeping all the promises one as made to Him, a living sacrifice.

2: The Rich Man. in Luke ch: 16 vv 20 to 25.

His mistake was using what he had only for himself.  Our mission is to use what we hold in trust for His glory and for the benefit of others.

3: Understanding This.

Christian culture is giving rather than receiving. The Transforming of others lives for the better.

Conclusion.

What God has blessed us with, use for His Kingdom and to bless others, to share His blessing.

“ blessings are like butter, they need to be spread around.”
